Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us at SU Luggage. If, for any reason, your purchase from us doesn't quite meet up to what you had hoped for, we make the return process a straightforward one; all you need to do is follow the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase and order number are required.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for return inspection and processing.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

Charges for Return

The following return shipping charges apply:

Travel items (suitcases & luggage): Rs. 1,000
Smaller products & accessories: Rs. 500

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Contact us via call, email, or WhatsApp with your order number.
Our rider will arrange a pickup from your address.
You only need to pay the applicable return shipping fee.

Important:

Only orders placed through the SU Luggage website are eligible for this return method.
For in-store purchases, please contact your nearest SU Luggage retailer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We always check our products before dispatching. If, in any rare case, your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.

Our team will review the complaint.
If approved, return charges will be waived.
Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order to avoid delays or stock issues.
